Methodology & sourcing

Every claim on this site is drawn from public records and bound to a viewable primary source with a provenance panel (source type, issuing body, record date, obtained date, redaction status). Where a claim is a documented non-legal fact rather than a legal status, it carries a neutral "Source on file" affordance instead of a status chip. How records were located and verified

Featured claims are drawn from primary public records — court case-detail filings, a government sex-offender registry listing, and a court name-change petition — plus the Subject's own self-published material, captured and dated. Each record is matched to a specific claim before publication; a claim without a matching, ungated primary source is not published (the site's build process enforces this and fails rather than render an unsourced or misclassified claim).

What is deliberately excluded

Some material in the underlying case file is deliberately not published. This includes: any information that could identify a victim, witness, or other private individual; material still pending redaction or the site owner's review; and unverifiable narrative that has no primary record behind it. Excluding this material is a redaction and publication decision, not an editorial one — see the redaction explainer below.

Redaction

Names and identifying details of victims, witnesses, and other third parties have been removed to protect their privacy and safety. Redactions never remove information about the Subject.

Redaction is destructive and applied at the data and document level, not as a visual overlay. Where a source scan still exposes recoverable identifying detail, the record is presented as a redaction-safe transcript until the scan can be re-redacted.

Controlled status vocabulary

Charged, convicted, and alleged are not synonyms. These are the only status labels used, defined once and never improvised.
